Payment Policy
PRODUCT PURCHASE PROCESS
To purchase one of our products, first select the item after having read all its information. Then click on the "Buy this product" link. If you want to add more products, you can repeat the operation or modify the quantity directly in the shopping cart. At any time, the customer can see a summary of their purchases by clicking on the "shopping cart" icon located in the upper right corner of the website. The information shown there can be downloaded or printed at any time, even before completing the purchase.
Once you access the shopping cart, if you agree with your order, click on "Checkout" and enter the requested information (shipping details). In this step you must accept the Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy to continue.
Then, select the option corresponding to the destination city or state, which will add the shipping cost to the total amount to be paid.
If the required destination is not listed in the available options, the customer must refrain from completing the purchase on the website and contact Dexor LLC at the email聽marketing@dexoringrill.com, so that one of our advisors can inform him of the shipping cost and assist him with the purchase through the appropriate channels.
Finally, provide the billing address and click on "Complete order". Once the process is completed, the customer will be redirected to a secure payment gateway to complete the transaction.
When the purchase has been made, Dexor LLC will send an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
PAYMENT METHODS
The order can be paid by credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) or through other secure payment platforms available on the website. At the time of making the payment, the customer must accept the conditions of use and processing of personal data of the selected payment gateway.
HOURS FOR PURCHASES AND ORDERS
Orders can be placed at any time, 7 days a week, since our website is active 24 hours a day. However, orders placed after 3:00 p.m. (EST) or during weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
Delivery times may vary depending on the city or state of destination and the characteristics of the product. Generally, orders within the state of Florida can be received within up to 8 business days. For other cities in the United States, the estimated delivery time can be extended up to 15 calendar days.
We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. If the delivery cannot be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days, the customer will have the right to request the cancellation of the purchase and the full refund of the payment made. Once the request has been processed, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date on which the non-receipt of the order was notified.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
The availability of each product will be displayed on the corresponding page, along with an image of the product, its description and price. If during the purchase process a product runs out or is no longer available, Dexor LLC will notify the customer by email or WhatsApp, offering the possibility of canceling the purchase and receiving a full refund.
VALIDITY OF OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS
The offers and prices published on the website have a validity that will be determined by Dexor LLC.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
The characteristics of the products offered are described in detail on each product page, including dimensions, weight, material, type of manufacture, components and references.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (RETRACT)
In accordance with Dexor LLC's e-commerce policies, the customer may exercise his right of withdrawal within five (5) business days of receipt of the product, without the need to claim cause and without any penalty.
The customer must return the product in the same condition in which he received it, unused and with its original packaging. Shipping costs and other costs associated with the return will be borne by the customer.
To exercise this right, the client must send a written communication to聽marketing@dexoringrill.com, indicating his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. Once the product has been received at the Dexor LLC facilities and its condition has been verified, the full refund of the value paid will be made within a maximum period of thirty (30) calendar days.
Note: This right does not apply to products manufactured or customized at the request of the customer.
REVERSAL OF PAYMENTS
The reversal or refund of payments applies exclusively to purchases made through the Dexor LLC website.
The client may request the reversal in the following cases:
A. He was a victim of fraud.
B. The transaction was not authorized by the customer.
C. The product was not delivered within 30 calendar days.
D. The product received does not correspond to the purchased or does not comply with the published description.
E. The product has defects or damage.
If the purchase includes several products, the customer may request a partial reversal only on items that meet the previous conditions. In that case, you must clearly indicate the amount to be reversed, corresponding to the value of the products concerned.
To request the reversal, the customer must send an email to聽marketing@dexoringrill.com, including:
- Reason for the request.
- Value to be reversed.
- Payment method or account where the charge was made.
The request must be submitted within five (5) business days following the date on which the client became aware of the fact that motivates the reversal.
Once the origin of the request has been verified, Dexor LLC and the entities participating in the payment process will have a period of fifteen (15) business days to make the reversal effective.
In the event that the supplier or the payment gateway had already made a direct refund, the customer must refrain from requesting the reversal again. If bad faith is proven by the customer, Dexor LLC reserves the right to initiate legal action.
