SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery times begin once payment has been confirmed. Please note that if payment is made through correspondent banks and/or other agreements, confirmation may take up to one business day.
Coverage and Costs:
DEXOR LLC delivers nationwide. However, there are areas where courier services do not have coverage or where shipping costs exceed COP $100,000. In such cases, orders will be delivered to locations indicated by the customer, provided the destination is within the service area and has a valid address.
Note: Free shipping does not apply to accessories.
Delivery Times:
Once payment has been confirmed, and depending on product availability, shipments will be dispatched within 8 business days. For remote locations, delivery may take up to 15 business days. Shipments are made Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Shipping Carriers:
Products are shipped through partner transportation and courier companies, ensuring security and coverage so customers receive their products in optimal condition and as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking:
Once the purchase is approved, the customer may request the tracking number via WhatsApp. This tracking number allows the customer to track the order and view the shipping status.
NOTE:
If you cannot find your city available for shipping, please refrain from completing the purchase through the website. Contact DEXOR LLC via phone at 3053789020 or by email at marketing@dexoringrill.com so one of our representatives can inform you of the shipping cost to your city and assist you with completing the purchase through one of these channels.
Important Considerations:

Upon receiving the order, the customer must ensure that it is in optimal condition. If not, the customer must inform the carrier of the reason for returning the product.

If the address provided by the customer has any issues and a new shipment must be generated, the customer must assume the additional shipping cost.

If delivery fails and the customer notifies us before the product is returned to the city of origin, delivery can be rescheduled. If the product has already been returned, a new shipment must be scheduled.

When the shipping error is the responsibility of DEXOR LLC or the carrier, we will cover any additional costs incurred.
