PQRs (Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Suggestions)
All users of the website have the right to submit requests, complaints, claims, or suggestions. To do so, users must select the “PQR” option or send an email to marketing@dexoringrill.com to file the PQR. DEXOR LLC advisors will handle the request and provide a response within a maximum of 24 hours. Before submitting a PQRS, please note: Request: A respectful request related to the service purchased. Complaint: Dissatisfaction or disagreement with the service or attention provided by a DEXOR LLC employee, or with the service purchased. Claim: A statement requesting reconsideration, clarification, or review of a situation with which you are dissatisfied. Suggestion: A recommendation, proposal, or idea expressed to improve a process or service.
